COTTAGE
Cottage
style detached house with oil fired central heating,
two bathrooms and toilets and generously sized rooms,
double glazing. 3 bedrooms - sleeps 6 extremely
comfortably but we get regular guests using it for
2 and 4 people as well!
(Note:
we also have 'spillover en-suite bedrooms' available
in Westerclose House that make it possible for
Pennycombe to accommodate larger groups. Pennycombe's
kitchen and lounge are big enough for 8-10 people. See
below for details)

UPSTAIRS: 1
double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bunk-bedded
room (3ft width pine bunks with adult mattresses),
bathroom with toilet.
DOWNSTAIRS: Shower room with separate toilet
and wash basin, large living room with log burning
stove,TV/video/DVD and broadband internet access,
large kitchen/dining room with French windows onto
patio.
The modern kitchen features both microwave &
conventional electric ovens, ceramic hob, dishwasher
and a washing machine.
Large
enclosed rear garden with picnic tables and lovely
views of the Barle Valley and Pennycombe. There
is a private gate into our meadow and the Boules
pitch.
A warm & cosy house with lovely views from all
the rooms which will accommodate 6 people with ease,
but often used for 2/4.
Our
guests report this popular cottage is spacious,
well laid out and " a home from home". |

COTTAGE
Modern detached cottage which features top levels of insulation,
3 bedrooms - sleeps 5 (possible 6), 2 bathrooms ( 1 with
shower and jacuzzi bath).

with bath, washbasin and toilet
DOWNSTAIRS: single bedroom ( 4' 6" bed).
Bathroom with toilet & jacuzzi bath with shower over.
Living/dining room (now carpeted) with a log burning stove,
TV, DVD and video, broadband internet access and French windows
out onto the veranda.
Separate modern kitchen with all mod-cons:- electric cooker, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Electric programmable
radiators throughout the cottage.
Really cosy and popular
with a proper holiday "feel"! Suitable for
up to 5/6 people, although often used for 2 or 4.
Enclosed private rear garden
with gate into our meadow and Boules pitch, picnic table
and superb views.

enclosed rear garden. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom,
good size kitchen with electric cooker & microwave, washing
machine etc, living room with TV, DVD and video, broadband
internet access and log-burning stove, patio doors to garden,
bathroom with toilet & separate shower over bath. Electric
programmable radiators in each room.
NOTE: This is a very popular & comfortable unit and is referred
to by some of our regulars as their 'bolt hole'!

(sleeps 2) A most comfortable and cosy apartment with simply superb
views across the moor, the village and down the Barle valley.
Facing south and part of Westerclose House, it has its own
separate and private access (2 easy stair flights) and reserved
garden area.
One
double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge with dining
area, TV, DVD and video and fire. Kitchen with electric
cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. Centrally heated.

BEDROOM ACCOMMODATION |

We have twin-bed en-suite bedrooms available in Westerclose House
with completely separate outside access which you can rent
in addition to your cottage or apartment. This may
suit guests holidaying in particular in Nethergate or Pennycombe
cottages or in Heather View as they have larger dining
areas. Do contact us should this be of interest.
These are twin bedded rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, radio and
tea/coffee making facilities and are centrally heated.
