HOW TO BOOK

Please telephone first (01643 831302) or e-mail  (val@westerclose.co.uk), to confirm availability etc. 
We will pencil-in your booking and hold it for 7 days pending receipt of your signed booking form and deposit.  
Print off our "Booking Form" page  which should be completed by hand, signed and posted to us with your payment cheque.

Your e-mail program will load with our address preset in the "To:"  Send us your NAME, ADDRESS & POSTCODE.
The brochure includes a booking form, details of some great local walks and our full terms and conditions. 

Payment : We accept cash or cheques only. Cheques payable to " V. Warner "  (£sterling only please)

Short breaks must be paid in full when you book.

Weekly bookings require a £50 deposit per week booked and payment of the balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Bookings for Christmas and the New Year period must be paid in full when booking.

Optional Cancellation Insurance through Travellers Protection Services Ltd. is available. Forms are routinely sent with booking receipts.
